• Registration Form (PDF -- Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader ) For paid registrations postmarked by April 8th, the fee includes a packet of materials from the speaker and a lunch buffet with both chicken and vegetarian entrees. Later registrants are not guaranteed a lunch, but some extra lunches will be ordered and available on a first come first served basis.
