This a much improved version of the ANACORS with
better segmentation, a much nicer interface, an
icn#, and better file handling. Only one input
file is now needed (with the data), parameters
are entered interactively. Output files are only
created when needed, and everything is cleaned
up after we are done. Next step: build in some
possibilities to correct mistakes in the interactive
stage, also make it possible to repeat the analysis
with only a few parameters changed.
