This is a collection of data collected while working at the Financial Aid Office on three consecutive weeks this quarter, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I counted the number of people I would help in each hour period to determine if extra help was needed for the 12 oÕclock hour. That time period seemed to be the most busy, so I sampled three hours for three days over three weeks to see if it made sense to have extra help working for the 12PM hour.
