Directions to the Workshop in Applied Statistics
at Cal State University Long Beach
Note: You will need a parking permit. If you preregister you will receive one at no additional charge.
Otherwise, you will need to purchase one at CSULB for $2 (bring singles or coins). There are yellow machines inside the parking structure where you can buy a permit.
Coming from the South (Orange County):
405 North à
Bellflower Blvd. exit — turn LEFT=South à
go about 1 mile to Atherton Street — you’ll see ARCO gas station on your right &
there is a traffic light — turn LEFT à
at Merriam Way (first traffic light, just before the Pyramid) go RIGHT à
at the second stop sign turn LEFT into the parking structure à
Park in the structure & remember to put a parking permit face up on your dash
(if you don’t have one, see directions for purchase above) à
Look for our signs, but head south, up the hill, to the Student Union.
(You can ask any student to point you in the right direction.)
