Bug reports

• Bugs fixed in "Clearn.c" on September 7, 2008. They are about more careful handling of the boundaries of the filtered images and maps. The same changes are made to lines 183 and 184 in "inhibit" function and lines 405 and 406 in the "Cmp" function, so that we only search within the interiors of the images. Lines 460-468 are added to handle the situation where the number of selectable elements is smaller than the specified number. These bugs have no effect on existing results. They appeared only when we tried to learn visual words. revised Clearn.c
• Bug fixed in "applyfilterfft.m" and "applyfilterfftsame.m" on August 28, 2008, It is about more careful handling of the boundaries of the filtered images. We now set the boundary pixels to zero intensities. The bug has no effect on existing results. It manifests itself occasionally only when we learn from non-aligned images where we allow the template to move outside the image domains. revised applyfilterfft.m and applyfilterfftsame.m
  
• Bug fixed in "gaborfilter.m" on July 3, 2008. It is about symbolic representation of Gabor wavelets for display purpose. The bug has no effect on displaying existing results. It manifests itself only if we want to display much bigger Gabors. revised gaborfilter.m
