Zc: Test Statistic for Detecting Clustering Pattern between two TFs
Zc is a test statistic that detects clustering patterns in binding sites of two TFs, which follows a standard normal distribution. It is constructed based on Ripley’s K-function. This statistic also shows how strong the binding sites are clustered.

Zo: Test Statistic for Detecting Ordering Pattern between two TFs
Zo is a test statistic that detects ordering patterns in binding sites of two TFs, which follows a standard normal distribution. This is modified from the clustering test statistic Zc to find a significant ordering pattern.
