Zahra is a PhD
student in Statistics at UCLA. Prior to joining UCLA, she got her
masters degree in statistics from the University of Michigan. Her
research interests lie in the intersection of machine learning and
statistical network analysis. She is currently working with Jessica to
develop statistical models to infer similar functional gene groups
between distant species.

currently an undergraduate student in UCLA. She is working on a
collaborative pain research project that develops mathematical and
statistical models for a pain management mobile application.
Jason Mao Undergraduate Student
