Thinking about this subject, the best possible way to estimate the
number of people would be to more factors so that you can decrease
your percentage of error. Other factors they could be considered
including pictures from the march could be the # of vehicles of
transportation and the poundage of trash left. I believe the percentage
of error stated in that article was 25% or near there. The more factors
brought into the study the more of an accurate estimate the professionals
could make (assumimg that there is enough money to pay the professionals
figuring and applying the estimates for the other factors) and the more
they can decrease the percentage of error.
