My point is that the City of Washington did not go through a normal day.
Congress took a break, and I don't know how many residents slipped out of town.
Those trash/transportation factors may not improve the estimates.
Hey, if you do estimates on air travel, maybe you should check with the
airlines to see how many of the passengers flying into DCA/IAD made their
reservation AFTER Farrakan announced the plan.
