I was a little confused by Thanhnga's method for counting the people. Were you
planning on taking one picture and then breaking it down into several smaller
sections and counting the number of people in those sections, or did you want
to take several small pictures and add up the numbers in all the pictures, or
something entirely different?

In the problem they talk about resolution error. Is this error just from being
unable to distinguish how many people are in a certain section because the
picture is blury? If this is the case, the picture taken probably covered to
wide a range. To correct this problem, maybe one could take several smaller
overhead pictures and add up the amounts in these several pictures. One
problem with this idea would be that some might get counted twice, but the
amount wouldn't be too significant.
