Random Numbers

How can anything be truly "random" if they are generated by a computer.
The computer must use some sort of algorithm to produce these numbers
so how can we truly consider these numbers "random"? To the user, this
may seem very random because we might not be familiar with the algorithm
the computer uses to generate these numbers. No matter how complex or
well designed a random number generating program may seem, it should not
truly be considered random unless the computer itself does not know how
these "random" numbers are produced.
