My last message got cut off so I'll continue from here.
A true random number generator can be created by using a computer to
observe random phenomenons in nature. Take for example a case where we
are to observe the number of collisions between electrons of a certain
substance. The number of collisions would be unpredictable. We cannot
determine the number of electrons at any given time because other
electrons constantly enter and exit the area we are observing. Also,
factors such as temperature and pressure also affect the motion of these
electrons. So it is impossible to predict the number of electron
collisons within a certain area at any given time, thus making the
phenomenon random. By using a computer to observe the collisions between
the electrons and distorting the data by manipulating it through a
Gaussian function, the random number generator can be TRULY random.
So a true random number generator can exist because certain phenomenons
in nature cannot be predicted and by observing these phenomenons, we can
create it.
