I'm confused about why it would matter whether you had a malevolent host or a
neutral host. Assuming the host knows what is behind the doors, how does he
have a choice in which door to open? If the first door you choose has a goat
behind it, doesn't the host have to open the other door with the goat behind
it? He can't choose to open the door with the car behind it because that would
ruin the game. (If the first door you choose has a car behind it, then the
host does get to choose which door to open. But since both doors have goats
behind them, does it really matter which one he chooses?)
