I believe that a random number generator can truly exist. First of all,
computers that generate "random" numbers by executing an algorithm are
not truly "random." It only seems random to us because we are not
familiar with the algorithm, but to the computer, the number is not
random at all. The computer merely manipulates data it already
possesses. In order for a true random number generator to exist, neither
the computer nor the individual can know how the number came about.
